Because our items come from multiple international warehouses, shipping times may differ slightly from traditional local stores. We believe in transparency, so here’s everything you need to know about how your order travels to you.

Your location may affect the delivery timeframe.

Every order is processed within 1–3 business days. During this time, our suppliers:

  • verify product quality
  • pack your order carefully
  • hand it over to the logistics partner

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

EcomWalk works with international suppliers to give you access to global trends. Typical delivery times are:

    • USA, UK, Europe: 7–15 business days
    • Australia & New Zealand: 8–20 business days
    • Canada: 10–20 business days
    • Asia: 7–14 business days
    • India: 8–18 business days
    • Rest of world: 10–25 business days

Note: These are estimated windows. Actual delivery may vary due to customs, weather, courier capacity, or seasonal delays.

To ensure faster delivery, items in the same order may come from different warehouses. This means you may receive separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 3–5 days to reflect, especially for international shipments. This is completely normal for cross-border logistics.

Your order may experience delays due to:

    • Extreme weather
    • Logistics disruptions
    • High-volume periods (holidays, festivals)
    • Remote delivery locations

We monitor your order and support you if delays occur.
