At EcomWalk, we want you to enjoy a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Since we work with global suppliers and ship internationally, our return and refund guidelines are designed to be clear, fair, and simple.

You may request a return or refund if:

    1. The product arrives damaged or broken. (Please send us clear photos or a short video showing the issue.)
    2. The product is defective or not functioning properly
    3. The product is significantly different from the description or images
    4. The item never arrives after 45 business days. (Delivery delays beyond our control may occur, but we will take responsibility if it does not arrive.)
    5. You received the wrong product or size. (This usually happens rarely, but we will fix it if it does.)

To keep our prices fair and logistics simple, we cannot accept returns for:

    1. Change of mind
    2. Ordering the wrong color or style
    3. Slight variations in color due to screen differences
    4. Shipping delays caused by courier, customs, or weather
    5. Items marked as “Final Sale”
    6. Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product function

To process your request quickly, please email us:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem
  • Your email used at checkout

Depending on the situation, you may receive:

  • A full refund
  • A replacement item (free of charge)
  • A partial refund if the issue is minor
  • Store credit (optional)

We always choose the most fair and helpful option for you.

Once your refund is approved:

  • We process it within 3–5 business days
  • It may take 3–10 days to reflect in your bank or card, depending on your payment provider

You will be notified by email every step of the way.

Most of our products do not require the customer to send the item back. We typically process refunds or replacements based on photos/videos. If a physical return is required (rare cases), we will provide the instructions.
Every product is checked by our suppliers before shipping. If something still goes wrong, we will make it right — no complicated forms, no hidden rules.
